In addition to my study and practice in the spiritual arts, for the past 13 years I have been certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis. NLP, put simply, is modeling excellence. NLP Modeling is the process of recreating excellence. We can model any human behavior by mastering the beliefs, the physiology and the specific thought processes (that is the strategies) that underlie the skill or behavior. It is about achieving an outcome by studying how someone else goes about it.

Tools, techniques, and concepts, coupled with my spiritual techniques allow me to create an authentic practice to bring positive change into my clients' lives. The work we do together arms them with techniques to help clear sabotaging thoughts, beliefs, and trauma. With the blocks removed, and new tools gained they are able to meet goals with greater ease.

As a clairvoyant, I offer holistic readings with the primary focus of closure and emotional healing. As a certified life coach and hypnotist, I combine practical coaching methods creating a clear path forward with action steps. I use NLP to aid in breaking through obstacles and habits to transform your life.

SESSION EXPECTATION:

A session quite often starts with a question that motivated you to seek Teresa’s services. From that question, your journey with her will take on its own unique path.  She creates a safe, respectful, compassionate, and confidential space for you to release burdens and find your inner truth and peace.

 

Sessions can be done over the phone or virtually through Zoom or Google Meet. Teresa recommends recording and or taking notes of your sessions.
